INGREDIENTS:
- Phalsa 1Kg
- Black Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 2 cups
- Ice As required
METHOD
- In a bowl or jug, Mix two cup of sugar with 2 cups of water and stir it to get a thick syrup.
- Soak 1 kg Falsa in four cups of water for about 4 hours.
- In a blender, Add Falsa and water, blend it for 2-3 times.
- Strain Falsa mixture through a fine sieve.
- Mix the sugar syrup and strained Falsa juice.
- Pour the mixture in glasses; add black salt and ice.
Falsa Juice is ready to serve.
